School vehicle carrying special needs students crashes on Rt. 422
A vehicle carrying special needs students was involved in a crash shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Route 422 west of Butler.
Early reports indicate some of the children were injured. All of them were taken off the vehicle.
As of 4 p.m., traffic was at a near standstill in both directions. An ambulance was seen rushing eastbound from the area of the accident.
