3 cyclists die in county over weekend



Three motorcyclists were killed in separate weekend crashes on Butler County roads, authorities said.
Benjamin Brown, 29, of Butler died early Sunday morning when he lost control of his cycle on Euclid Road and hit a tree in Clay Township.
Russell Barger, 50, of Butler died Saturday evening when his motorcycle and a car collided on Winfield Road in Winfield Township. Barger’s wife, a passenger on the bike, was injured.
Gerald Rombach, 63, of Freedom, Beaver County, died Friday afternoon after a sport utility vehicle struck his cycle on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township.
State police are investigating the two most recent crashes.
Cranberry police are investigating Rombach’s crash.
