		Dennis and Brandi Manuel

Brandi Dunkle and Dennis Manuel Jr., both of Norfolk, Va., were united in marriage Dec. 23 at Karns City United Methodist Church. The Rev. Glenn Kohlhepp officiated. A reception followed at the Frogtown Wildlife Club.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Deborah Dunkle of Karns City. Parents of the bridegroom are Dennis Manuel Sr. of Mamou, La., and the late Terri Manuel.
The honor attendant was Danielle Hepler of Karns City.
Performing the duties of best man was Ryan Dunkle of Karns City.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Karns City High School.
She is in the U.S. Navy, based in Norfolk serving as an Aviation Ordinanceman aboard the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier.
The bridegroom graduated from Mamou High School in 2006.
He is in the U.S. Navy, based in Norfolk serving as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate aboard the USS Iwo Jima.
The couple is making their home in Norfolk.
