Performance memorable

What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon — being entertained by the beautiful music and words of the newly formed JAL (Jesus Alive and Living Butler District Youth Group) as its members presented a sampling of songs from the musical “Godspell.”
This being my first exposure to the music of “Godspell,” I was impressed with the talents and efforts of this group, and the message that the musical delivers to the audience.
Kudos to the director and production staff and all the student performers and musicians who made this performance a memorable one for all who attended.
Thanks are in order to the teens of the Butler area for presenting a beautiful example of song and praise to God.
I hope they will keep up the great work.
