The bride-to-be is the daughter of Fran and Al Randall of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Vicky and Mike Sutter of Reynoldsville.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2010 graduate of Clarion University, where she received her master’s.
She is a speech pathologist at Mackinac Straits Hospital and St. Ignace Area Schools in Michigan.
Her fiance graduated in 2006 from Dubois High School and in 2010 from Slippery Rock University.
He is a federal security officer in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
