Heather Steffy and Pete Alspaugh

A Dec. 10 wedding is being planned by Heather Steffy and Pete Alspaugh, both of Russell.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Steffy of Mars. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. George Alspaugh of Russell.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Mars Area High School and a 2007 graduate of Clarion University where she studied elementary education. She is employed by the Warren County School District.

Her fiance graduated in 2001 from Eisenhower High School and in 2003 from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed by USA Compression in Warren.
