Connors, Adamski

Chris and Meghan Adamski

Meghan Connors, formerly of Bethel Park, and Chris Adamski, formerly of Middlesex Township, were united in marriage Sept. 25 at the East End Assembly of God in Pittsburgh. The Rev. David York officiated. The reading was done by Ronald Baird, godfather of the groom.

A reception was held sailing Pittsburgh’s three rivers aboard the “Princess” vessel of the Gateway Clipper Fleet.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Suzanne Connors of South Fayette and Maureen and Tony Lavorge of Bethel Park. Parents of the bridegroom are Brenda and Stanley Adamski of Valencia.

The matron of honor was Kristen Zabela of Mt. Lebanon, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Taryn Adamski of Pittsburgh, sister of the groom, and Lori (Patterson) Mihalcik of Lady’s Island, S.C., friend of the bride. The flower girl was Mollie Steingroewer, daughter of a friend of the bride.

Performing the duties of best man was Brad Adamski of Bethel Park, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Colin Connors of Bethlehem, Ga., brother of the bride, and Josh Zito of Mars, friend of the groom. The ring bearer was Ashton Jones, son of the cousin of the groom.

The bride is a registered nurse at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

A graduate of Penn State University, the groom is a Pittsburgh sports journalist.

Following a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Carnegie.
