Allegations ridiculous

I am writing in regard to Dr. David Evanko, the physician who has been accused of sexually abusing two young men living at Summit Academy.
As a specialist in urology, I find the allegations of sexual abuse while treating venereal warts to be unbelievable and ridiculous.
Venereal warts, caused by the HPV virus, is the number one sexually transmitted disease in young men and women and a direct cause of cancer of the genitals.
The most painless process of treating these warts requires the application of a potent antiviral medication to the warts, allowing it to dry and then applying antibiotic cream to prevent infection. This process requires touching with gloves on and takes up to 20 minutes to do, depending on the number of warts. After treatment has started with this medication, the warts frequently become red and tender as the virus is destroyed. This must be done weekly until the warts have disappeared.
The allegation that these young men would have tolerated this for sexual pleasure is ridiculous. This sounds to me like a desperate attempt by the media and the powers that be to smear the name of a well-respected and admired community physician.
