Men charged in roadside incident that injured woman



Two men were charged for their roles in an accident that left a 26-year-old woman bleeding on the side of Three Degree Road in Adams Township on July 1.
Joshua Black, 29, of Mars faces driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault by vehicle, reckless driving and several counts of recklessly endangering another person as he was the driver of the truck that struck Brandy L. Griffith as he backed up to retrieve a truck cap that had come off the truck.
Black's preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 15.
His passenger Charles "CJ" Cotto, 32, of Valencia was charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
His preliminary hearing is set for July 29.
