Memorial service on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 for families, friends, agency staff and the community to remember program participants who died during the past year.
The service will include scripture and other readings, special music, reflections, a brief message, dedication of a bench for the garden, balloon release and a memorial reading of the names of all the consumers for whom the service will be held. Refreshments will be served after the service in the Community Care Connections' conference room. the public is welcome to attend.
