• The elementary school will offer its annual Valentine's Day Party from 2 to 3 p.m.

• The primary center's “Children in Need, Need to Read” book drive continues through Friday. The school will be collecting new books to be donated to Head Start classrooms throughout Butler County. Donations may be dropped off at the school's main office during school hours.

• The Primary Center will hold its annual Valentine's Day Parties from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. for morning kindergartners and from 2 to 3 p.m. for afternoon kindergartners.

• The high school will host the Three Rivers Winter Ensemble Association Drum Line & Winterguard Competition at 5:50 p.m. in the gymnasium. Mars' percussion ensemble and winterguard will compete against numerous percussion ensembles, colorguards and baton/dance teams. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students and senior citizens.
