TEACHER SPOTLIGHT



Every week, The Cranberry Eagle will spotlight a local educator, providing a glimpse into what makes them tick.


QUESTION: Why did you become a teacher?
ANSWER: I wanted to give back to students the many awesome experiences that many teachers have given to me.
QUESTION: What is one sentence that sums up what you believe is the key to teaching?
ANSWER: Teaching is believing in your students and enabling them to reach their full potential.
QUESTION: When you’re not teaching, you most likely can be found doing what?
ANSWER: Our family enjoys spending time together. I am the Cubmaster of Pack 58 and an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 58. My sons and I love to go on Troop 58 camping trips! You also might find me coaching a team.
QUESTION: What is one thing about you that likely would surprise your students?
ANSWER: I would rather watch the movie than read the book!
