Every week, The Cranberry Eagle will spotlight a local educator, providing a glimpse into what makes them tick. QUESTION: Why did you become a teacher? ANSWER: I love to learn all that I can about the world around me! I have a passion for nature and science and I want to share this with my students. QUESTION: What is one sentence that sums up what you believe is the key to teaching? ANSWER: I come to school each day with high expectations of my students and a sense of humor. QUESTION: When you’re not teaching, you most likely can be found doing what? ANSWER: I will be outside for sure, enjoying time with my family! I will find any excuse to get out of the house and take advantage of the many outdoor activities that our region has to offer.
