The following school lunch menus have been announced for the week of May 28. MARS Elementary Monday — No school Tuesday — Grilled chicken on a whole-grain bun with lettuce and tomato or Tex Mex burger on a whole-grain bun with lettuce and tomato, cucumber slices, mixed vegetables, assorted fruit, milk choice Wednesday — Chicken nachos with salsa and whole-grain roll or Swedish meatballs over noodles with whole-grain roll, fresh broccoli, refried beans, assorted fruit, milk choice Thursday — Open-faced turkey sandwich with gravy or popcorn chicken, cranberry sauce, corn, whipped potatoes, assorted fruit, milk choice Friday — Grilled cheese with tomato soup or ham tetrazzini with whole-grain roll, fresh broccoli, sweet potato fries, assorted fruit, milk choice.
