Girl abducted in Zelienople
ZELIENOPLE — Police are looking for a 17-year-old white girl who was abducted from her bus stop this morning. A bus driver just after 7 a.m. today reported to police the teen was forcibly dragged into a pickup truck as she was waiting for her bus at Arthur and Milton streets. The teen was identified as Maria Shriver of Zelienople. She has brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a cream colored top and blue jeans. Shriver weighs about 120 pounds. She attends the Butler Area Vocational-Technical School. Witnesses said the driver of the truck was Joshua McCaslin of Renfrew, who is a black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and about 225 pounds. Witnesses said the truck was dark blue and the license plate was "YDT-3021." Zelienople police Chief Jim Miller said the driver of the truck is known to the victim. There were other students waiting for the bus with the girl, Miller said. Officials in Harrisburg issued an Amber Alert for Shriver. Anyone with information is asked to call Zelienople police at 724-452-3003 or 911 in Butler County.
